SUPER ORBIT

Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Super Orbit is developed by Emre Can Akcan. This policy explains how the game, its web preview, and its support service handle information. For questions or privacy requests, contact emrekcn@gmail.com.

Player identity and leaderboards

The game creates an automatically assigned player ID through Google Firebase Authentication. You do not need to provide an email address or password to play. The game also assigns a pilot nickname, which you can change.

We use Google Cloud Firestore to store the player ID, pilot nickname, survival best time, campaign progress, submitted scores, and related timestamps. This allows the game to save and display online rankings. Your nickname and leaderboard scores are visible to other players. Use a nickname rather than personal contact information.

Gameplay analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how people play and improve the game. Events include game-mode selections, time spent actively playing, attempts, results, retries, levels, leaderboard views, and session activity.

Analytics also uses a browser or app-instance identifier and collects information such as app version, device and operating-system details, language, and approximate geographical location derived from the network connection. The game does not request precise device location.

Our gameplay events do not send your pilot nickname, Firebase Authentication player ID, authentication tokens, or email address to Analytics. Analytics identifiers remain separate from the leaderboard identity. Advertising identifiers and advertising personalisation are disabled in our configured integrations. We do not use these integrations for cross-app targeted advertising, and we do not sell player data.

Data stored on your device

The game saves progress, preferences, its player identity, and scores waiting to sync on your device. The web version also uses browser storage and Google Analytics cookies or similar identifiers. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app can remove local progress and may make it difficult to reconnect to your previous anonymous player profile.

Support information

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, including any screenshots. We use that information to respond, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests.

Service providers and security

Google Firebase and Google Analytics process information to provide authentication, online storage, and analytics. These services may process information in countries outside your own. Data is sent to these services over encrypted HTTPS connections.

More information is available in Firebase’s privacy and security documentation, Google Analytics data safeguards, and Google’s privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Online player and leaderboard records do not currently expire automatically. They remain until removed; uninstalling the game does not automatically remove them. Analytics information is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics. Support correspondence is kept as needed to respond to and resolve requests.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing emrekcn@gmail.com. For leaderboard requests, include your pilot nickname, mode, and approximate score. We may need further information to identify records and verify the request. Avoid sending passwords or authentication tokens.

Browser settings can block or clear cookies and site data. The current game does not include an in-game analytics opt-out switch. You can contact us with questions about analytics data and available deletion options. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, request a copy of your information, or raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Children

Super Orbit is a general arcade game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. It does not ask players for their age. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.

Advertising and purchases

Super Orbit is free to play and does not include advertising. Where available, you can make an optional one-time support purchase through the app store. Each amount includes the same cosmetic supporter badge, with no gameplay advantage. The store processes payment; we do not receive your card or bank details. The app uses product identifiers and transaction information to display local prices and complete or restore purchases. Badge ownership is saved on your device and checked with the store; it is not published to other players. These transaction details are not sent to the leaderboard. Firebase Analytics may record purchase events, including the product, value and currency. Your store account provides purchase history and refund options.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
